Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of reachwithcare.org and the CareReach Health Network platform.
Use of the Service
- CareReach provides AI-assisted healthcare coordination tools, including intake, triage support, scheduling, telemedicine coordination, referrals, analytics, and administrative workflows.
- Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Client organizations are responsible for determining which staff, providers, administrators, and partners may access their workspace.
Pi Network Authentication
- CareReach may use Pi Network authentication to verify a user's Pi username and identity inside Pi Browser.
- When you authenticate with Pi, the Pi SDK returns an access token. CareReach sends that token to its backend, validates it by calling the official Pi user endpoint, and establishes a session only after validation succeeds.
- No Pi Network API key is required for this user authentication flow.
Healthcare and Emergency Disclaimer
- CareReach does not provide emergency medical services and should not be used as a substitute for emergency care.
- AI-assisted triage, recommendations, summaries, and care workflow tools are informational and operational aids. They do not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or local clinical protocols.
- For medical emergencies or life-threatening symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately.
Client Organizations
- Clinics, care teams, networks, NGOs, public health programs, and enterprise clients are responsible for configuring the platform for their operations.
- Client organizations are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy, healthcare, professional licensing, consent, record retention, and security requirements.
- CareReach may suspend or restrict access if a workspace creates security, legal, operational, payment, or patient safety risks.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Patients are intended to access patient-facing tools for free.
- Organizations may subscribe to paid plans for staff seats, clinic locations, analytics, support, integrations, and administrative features.
- Paid plans may renew until canceled. Fees, taxes, plan limits, refunds, and billing terms may be displayed at checkout, in an order form, or in a separate agreement.
Acceptable Use
- Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious code, or use the platform to harm others.
- Users may not enter false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized patient, payment, organization, or identity information.
- Users may not use CareReach to provide services where doing so would violate applicable law, clinical rules, licensing requirements, or platform policies.
Data and Privacy
- Use of CareReach is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
- Users and client organizations are responsible for obtaining any consents, permissions, and authorizations needed to enter, process, or share information through the platform.
- CareReach may process data to provide, secure, support, bill, maintain, and improve the service.
Availability and Changes
- CareReach may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time.
- The platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, network limits, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
- We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- CareReach is not responsible for medical decisions, emergency response outcomes, third-party service failures, user-entered errors, or client organization configurations.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to every user.

By accessing or using CareReach, you agree to these Terms. If you are using CareReach on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
