Information We Collect
- Account and profile information, including name, email address, organization, role, and workspace details.
- Pi Network authentication information, including your Pi username, Pi user identifier, and access token used to verify your identity with Pi Network. We use the access token to validate your session with Pi and do not require a Pi Network API key for this flow.

- Subscription and billing information for clinics, care teams, networks, and enterprise clients. Patient access is intended to remain free.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, and security events.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users, verify Pi Network sessions, and provide access to the appropriate CareReach portal.
- To support patient intake, AI-assisted triage, appointment scheduling, telemedicine coordination, referrals, analytics, and administrative workflows.
- To manage subscriptions, billing, customer support, product security, abuse prevention, and platform reliability.
- To improve the product, understand usage patterns, fix defects, and develop safer care workflows.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, payment, security, and contractual obligations.

- CareReach is designed to support care coordination and AI-assisted workflows. It is not a replacement for emergency services, urgent medical care, or professional medical judgment.
- For life-threatening emergencies, users should contact local emergency services immediately.
- Healthcare organizations using CareReach are responsible for configuring the platform, permissions, data handling, and clinical workflows according to their legal and regulatory obligations.
How We Share Information
- With healthcare organizations, authorized staff, administrators, and care partners when needed to provide the platform and coordinate care.
- With service providers that support hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, communications, security, and customer support.
- With Pi Network only as needed to validate a Pi access token through the official Pi user endpoint.
- When required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, platform security, or to protect the rights of users and CareReach.
- With a successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets.
Security and Retention
- We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
- No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Users and client organizations should maintain secure devices, strong account controls, and appropriate access permissions.
- We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
Your Choices
